HEAT is an online service that relies on a vast crowd of people around the world for processing digital tasks, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. When we say Digital tasks we mean requests coming from customers to search, collect, analyze, edit or filter digital content. These are quick tasks that usually take 1-10 minutes to complete and can be done from any standard computer connected to the web. Some of the tasks are simple, while some are very challenging requiring intelligence or skills. Our job is to route every task to the right person who we know is capable of handling the task very well.

We are now expanding the workforce with people who are looking to earn extra income on free time they have, but don’t want to commit upfront to specific time frames. It could be people that have a steady job but want to take advantage of dead time they have during the day to earn extra, or someone who’s life is hectic and they don’t know upfront when they will be available for work.

The way it works, is that whenever we get a surge of tasks from customers, we put those tasks in a queue and broadcast notifications (via email / mobile) to people who are interested in getting these alerts. Each person is free to choose whether they want to come in and grab tasks for money, or simply pass on the invitation this time. These surges happen several times per day at unexpected periods of the day. Sometimes there is work in the queue for just half an hour, sometimes it can be for many hours. But in any case, since the tasks are quick and short, every person is also free to decide when they want to stop handling tasks. Additionally, every person can also control what hours/days they want to be notified on, or pause getting notifications for durations of time when they know they will not be available.

The earn-rate we offer varies per person. The exact earn rate you get depends on your skills, quality, experience and speed.  We offer guidance for honing existing skills and acquiring new ones in order to boost earning. A person with relevant skills for our tasks, high quality of work, and some free time on their hands, can expect to earn several hundreds of dollars or more, per month.

If you would like to get these work notifications, here are the requirements from you:

• Age 18 or above – we will ask for an official photo ID at the end of the process.
• Computer or laptop, with a Chrome browser installed, and a working webcam for dynamic identity verification.
• Good stable internet connection.
• Excellent comprehension of English, reasonable verbal skills.
• 90 minutes of your time to run mock tasks that will let gauge your skills, and quality of work.
• Every 3 months, dedicate 5 minutes of your time to practice on mock tasks and ‘stay in shape’.
• Your complete discretion regarding information you get exposed to through your work with us.
